Restaurant concepts
While working for Universal Orlando Resort, my team was tasked with creating an original concept food and beverage location for their theme parks. After partnering with multiple lines of businesses, the following is a brief accumulation of what was presented for official review by the concept team that implements not only solid design, but also complete feasibility in the current market for food and beverage in their parks.
Sungrove Barbecue
Sungrove Barbecue is built on the story of a family-owned citrus farm that adapted to changing times by becoming a roadside attraction before eventually evolving into a restaurant at CityWalk. The exterior reflects that history through hand-painted signage, layered decor, and artifacts from the family's past ventures. The menu combines Florida and Caribbean flavors with traditional barbecue, creating a concept that feels both familiar and unique. Paired with immersive theming and aroma-driven design, Sungrove is intended to stand out as a destination within CityWalk.

Storm Chasers
Storm Chasers is a dirty soda concept themed around a group of college students who chase extreme weather in a heavily modified van. The environment uses repairs, modifications, and personal details to tell that story.
The menu features weather-inspired dirty sodas with optional spirit pairings, creating a customizable experience that is visually engaging, approachable, and well-suited for a fast-service CityWalk location.
